Exhibition Games Hire

SportSim News

It`s so pleasing to see the confidence grow day by day in the Australian Events Sector.

More and more live events are being planned, and with that, we`re seeing a spike in enquiries from organisations looking to hire games for exhibitions, conferences or tradeshow stands.

Most recently, SportSim were engaged by Fleet Plant Hire, experts in providing earth moving & heavy machinery to the construction industry. As a major sponsor of an Anzac Day luncheon, hosted at Crown Palladium in Melbourne, FPH were looking for a visually impactful, interactive activation. They wanted to shine a bright light on their sponsorship, and increase brand awareness amongst the expected 400+ patrons.

SportSim`s response was to build 3 unique and engaging AFL game concepts, to be played on large format touchscreens in the lobby area of Crown Palladium. A handball game, virtual kicking challenge and a reaction tester were all waiting for event guests as they filtered in to the venue, and during breakout times.

The games were fully customised to incorporate FPH colour schemes and messaging, with in-built data capture forms and leaderboards, allowing the activation impact to be measurable.

With numerous event guests getting involved and prizes being awarded to the overall winners, the event activation was deemed a great success.

So, if you`re planning to hire games for a corporate event, exhibition, conference or tradeshow...get in touch!
